Clear motors forward

Clear has extended its automotive business in 2009 with a new account win, MANN+HUMMEL (UK) Ltd, and new campaigns for existing client Bridgestone Tyres.

For MANN+HUMMEL, an OE supplier and leading development partner of the international automobile industry , Clear is working on a comprehensive programme of marketing activity for its aftermarket brand, MANN-FILTER, throughout 2009. Aimed at influencing the brand’s key audiences of garage workshops, distributors and the end consumer, the campaign includes trade advertising, sales promotion and an ongoing PR programme. Clear will also be developing additional sales support material.

Ken Read, Product and Marketing Manager – Aftermarket, MANN+HUMMEL, commented, “we have some core strategic objectives for 2009 and we feel that Clear is well placed to help us make the most of our opportunities.”

Clear will also be rolling out extensive new campaigns for Bridgestone Tyres for both the Bike and Car side. For Bike, Clear is developing the awareness and advertising, point of sale and other dealer support material. For Car, Clear is putting together national and retailer group promotions, point of sale and roadshow support material.
