B2B marketing specialist announces new MD

B2B marketing specialist, Clear B2B, has announced the appointment of Rachel McHugh to Managing Director, in a move to drive forward its next phase of growth.

Clear B2B is one of the UK’s leading business to business marketing communications agencies, established some 25 years ago by Chief Executive, Julie Clare. Working for many leading brands such as Bosch Professional, Toyota & Lexus Fleet, Valspar and DHL, Clear B2B operates in the UK and internationally, offering a full range of marketing and PR services.

Rachel joined the team back in 2008 as an account manager, and since that time has worked her way up through various roles, her latest promotion being that of Managing Director. She will be responsible for driving business strategy and managing company growth, in terms of both client base and expanding the client services team.

With 15 years industry experience under her belt and a wealth of experience in multi-channel programme planning and implementation, Rachel is a shining example of success in the workplace. She comments: “I’m really excited to be taking on this role. I’m so proud of Clear and what we have achieved, we have a fantastic team working with some major global brands, and our strategy of focusing on B2B in specific industry sectors is proving a real success. I’m looking forward to building on the story so far, and helping Clear to grow further in the future – we’re already recruiting to grow the client services team.”

Julie Clare, Chief Executive, added: “I am thrilled for Rachel. She has worked extremely hard over the years and really deserves this promotion. I have no doubt she will handle her new responsibility with the calmness and dedication with which she does everything. I have watched Clear B2B grow into a really special agency – with passionate people and great clients – I am so, so proud of what we have achieved, and can’t wait for the next chapter.”
